Joe, Manager
Joe was born in the NYC area. He spent 17 years in Orlando Florida and moved to New Orleans in 2002. He spends his free time between restoring old homes and automobiles and his pets (9 dogs, 3 cats and an assorment of birds). He likes to travel and has been to over 30 countries thus far.

ERIC
Eric joined the "World Famous Rawhide"staff here in February 2001. Originally from Kansas, Eric spent a month touring the country after Katrina only to realize "There's no place like home". He was the first of the staff to return after Katrina and takes pride in the daily progress the Big Easy is making. When he's not shooting "artistic" digital stills and video of nude men or tending his carnivorous plant collection, you can find him "hanging at the Hide" for either the 8-ball pool tourney on Monday or our 9-ball tourney on Wed. night. When you see Eric be sure to grab a handful of the Saltiest nuts in the Quarter. Eric works Friday thru Sunday 10pm -5am.

TROY
Troy is a sometime thing for Rawhide, filling in here and there. A native of Terrebonne Parish (yes there is something southwest of New Orleans), Troy is a Realtor with Prudential Gardner Realtors here in New Orleans…and he loves to welcome “family” to town!
